Grace (God's)

Grace (God's)

Grace, divine favor bestowed freely on people as in granting redemption from sin. An excellence or power granted by God. A short prayer of blessing or thanksgiving said before or after a meal. Seemingly effortless beauty or charm of movement, form or proportion. A disposition to be generous or helpful, goodwill. These are different definitions or rather perceptions of what Grace is/can be. To put it simply I perceive Grace to be an undeserving new chance or beginning. The opportunity to start all over, regardless the prior or current circumstances. If you’re anything like me I bet, you often wonder “why does God give his Grace so generously?” Well, I think he simply has no choice or else the world as we know it would have to just cease to exist because without Grace (God’s) or even the grace of one another everything, person & idea would cease to be. If God almighty no longer wanted to provide you and I with his Grace, he’d simply take our existence/being from the known Universe (the only place his Grace is needed). You see, because with life comes power, the power to make a difference that can impact the entire world and ultimately life itself. The power to fulfill your life’s calling & arrive at your highest destiny. That’s why simply waking up with breath in your lungs and heart pumping blood through your veins is an extension of his Grace. As soothing and surreal Grace can be/feel I’m coming to discover that it’s another tool utilized by “the man upstairs” to assist us in doing what he intended us to do before we were even formed in the wombs of our mothers. Grace takes on many forms, it can be a phone call, forgiveness(giving/receiving), courtesy, a friend, opportunity, etc. For me Grace has made its most prominent appearance in the form of a friend/guider/psychic/spiritual advisor by the name of…. Grace! I know what you’re thinking and trust me I’ve had my encounters (stereotypical) with psychics but my experience with Grace was like no other. The initial reading via a random google search was mind blowing, by simply calling her she knew exactly why I was calling and provided honest insight & guidance for FREE (honoring and expired promo)! I then later that week purchased a reading that went all too well for my current state of being during that time and simply didn’t believe all of the amazing, magical things she foresaw for my life…funny how “Grace (God’s)” works like that. Grace (God’s) sees all the positive outcomes that’s to come from the current state despite how tumultuous/impossible it might appear to be/feel. Grace provides guidance so that one may once again find their way back to the path that leads to their highest destiny. And that’s exactly what my spiritual advisor, “Grace” did for me. Her gift of insight has guided me through some of my toughest inner struggles. Then again what other than Grace (God’s) would better get one through such a thing. When I would ask Grace why does she put up with me or is so helpful she’d calmly reply “because you are a human being with a soul and I cannot ignore a soul in need of guidance.” See by Universal Law created by Allah Almighty Grace (God’s) answers to the call of all souls (sincere) in the need of guidance while obeying their journey of destiny hunting although that journey may include disobedient moments/mentalities. Grace is the cure for disobedience and lack of discipline and therefore vital to life. As we all fall short of the Glory and majesty of the Divine Creator and what he intended us to be on the road to becoming/manifesting his Glory and what he intended for us. Grace is what makes sure we get across that finish line by any means necessary. I’ve never questioned Allah’s mercy and forgiveness because I know from experience all too well. But to experience his Grace in such a divine manner and receive newfound insight to the divinity of Grace (God’s) itself is to discover that every breath that I take is taken by the Grace of God.

Word is Bond

Word Is Bond “In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God” (John1:1 )…..if I’m not mistaken I believe scripture is stating that God’s Word is his bond or even that he and all any of us ever truly have is his word, which is sufficient. How many times have you uttered or heard the phrases, “word is bond” or “all I have is my word”? I’m assuming quite enough   but I don’t think we really, fully grasp the spiritual magnitude those phrases holds. At least I know I didn’t up until I found myself back at that messy part of this healing journey, the “pain pit stop”! Where I’m experiencing a new cycle of pain and for a moment was temporarily tempted to “stop & fold at hurt” ( Blog #5, “When It Hurts-It Hurts”) simply because, well honestly, I was hurting. But then I recalled during a previous cycle of pain when I received one of the simplest yet most profound advice to simply “follow my words”. After all, my word is my bond right? See...

Note To Self- Trust The Mofo Process (TTMP)

Trust The Process Growing up, I've always heard folks amongst me say faith & fear/worry can't occupy the same space as well as worry or fear is the opposite of faith and that if you trust & have faith in God then there's no need to be worried. Now, while I agree that faith should diminish fear I've also learned that the true opposition to faith is in fact SIGHT.  I've gotten this lesson first hand through experimenting with "fortune telling". I found that even after "reading the signs"& coming to ones own interpretation or even receiving great news of things to come that I still couldn't find the peace of mind that my soul yearned to get me through the here & now and all the ups and downs it brings. After a series of lessons....& readings Allah revealed to me through a message delivered by Pastor Phil Munsey titled "Are We There Yet". See, Faith is much deeper than believing & knowing of the magn...

Peace by Piece

Peace By Piece Oftentimes when we’re looking for peace (of mind) we go on a hunt. We search through music, film, literature, speeches/lectures, therapy, interpersonal stimulating discussions & even prayer all in attempts to find a word which will bring us peace (of mind). But as we progress to yearn for true inner peace on the highest level those things seem to only scratch the surface providing the illusion of temporary peace that lasts only for as long as your program of choice. But I’ve come to find that true peace of mind is obtained piece by piece through moments of peace and quiet(ness). Only when I quiet my mind am I able to experience true peace regardless of how fleeting that moment may be/appear to be, it is real, which means in reality it is eternal, I simply have to remember to remain tuned into it. See, because as we all know oftentimes our own mind can be our worst and a lot of the times our only real enemy we have right? Or at least the only enemy w...
